Products of JSC ALROSA Airlines – service of JSC ALROSA Airlines for passenger transportation, including transportation of passenger luggage and manual luggage, and Additional services of ALROSA Airlines JSC - services, provided and ordered additionally in connection with the flight and or flight time (for example, transportation of excess baggage, seat selection increased comfort, other services available for purchase). 1.2. 2.2.7. 2.3.1. 2.5.2. Participants of the Program can make payments for the registration of Products by transferring funds using bank details after invoicing.

3.1.1. Points are the basic unit of payment for award tickets and services of JSC ALROSA Airlines in the Program. 3.2.1. Cashback is provided only for those air tickets that were acquired from the date of registration of the participating company, as well as only provided that an actual flight was made using such an air ticket passenger.
3.2.2. Cashback is accrued from the cost of the tariff paid in cash funds (fees and taxes are not taken into account).
3.2.3. Организатор, по своему усмотрению, имеет право начислить баллы на счет компании-участника за участие в проводимых Организатором (или его аффилированными лицами) различных мероприятиях и акциях рекламного или иного характера.

3.4.3. In the case specified in clause 3.3.2 of these Rules, the participating company may send a request for the accrual of Points corresponding to the purchased air ticket, if the incident occurred due to the fault of JSC ALROSA Airlines, the presence of which is determined in accordance with current legislation RF. 3.5.1. Points are valid until the end of the year in which they were earned, plus 1 (one) subsequent calendar year.
3.5.2. To extend the validity period of Points specified in clause 3.5.1 by another 1 year, it is necessary to complete at least 5 (five) during the last year flights on JSC ALROSA Airlines' own regular flights (without accounting for codeshare and interline flights of partners), otherwise the Points will be written off.
3.5.3. Points for the previous period are written off annually on January 15th.
3.6.1. Points can be used to obtain an Award.

3.6.3. Award availability may vary by date, season and destination (flight route). The organizer does not guarantee the possibility of receiving any Prizes at any time.
4.1.1. If there are Points on the Participating Company Account, Administrator Programs have the right to issue an Award ticket for a flight of JSC ALROSA Airlines and/or purchase Premium additional services from the established list. Receipt of the Award is possible only at the Program Service Center.
4.1.2. All Points used to earn a specific Award must be debited from one Account of the company participating in the Program. No payment allowed Rewards Points from multiple accounts.
4.1.3. Award tickets and/or Additional services purchased for Points cannot be transferred to another person, transferred or assigned to another person.
4.1.4. Award ticket and/or Additional services purchased for Points may be canceled if issued using Points collected from violation of these Rules.

4.2.2. The Program does not provide for the issuance of an award ticket for passengers for whom the Transportation Rules provide for a special procedure registration of transportation documentation for special category passengers, requiring, in particular, prior agreement with the carrier: unaccompanied child, passenger transporting an animal (only permitted according to the Rules for the Transportation of Animal Types), passengers with disabilities and persons with restrictions on life activities, etc.

4.2.4. Issuance of premium tickets for subsidized and special tariffs are prohibited.
Additional services of ALROSA Airlines JSC, which can be purchased for Points:
transportation of excess baggage (extra baggage space);
preliminary reservation of a seat in the aircraft cabin;
choosing a place of increased comfort;
provision of special meals on board;
upgrade to service level (to business class).
4.4.1. If the conditions of transportation change, additional payment is possible only in cash means. Additional payment with points for the exchange operation, as well as any additional payments for ticket, in case of increase in its cost, is not provided.
4.5.1. Partial payment for additional services of ALROSA Airlines JSC Points are not possible.
4.6.1. For award tickets and services that were purchased using Points and from the provision, which the passenger then refused, Points are returned according to General Rules for the application of tariffs of JSC ALROSA Airlines. 5.2. In case of cancellation of the Program:
5.2.1. All Points accumulated by a company participating in the Program may be cancelled. 6.1. Upon termination of a company's participation in the Program, all accumulated Points are cancelled.
6.2. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from the Program any person registered as a member company with temporary or permanent prohibition of registration in the future and cancel all accrued Points in the event violation of the Program Terms and Conditions or suspicion of such violation on the part of the participating company (in particular, if a person registered in the Program cannot be a participant in the Program according to its terms). 6.3. The company participating in the Program is obliged to adhere to and strictly implement Terms and conditions of the Program, and comply with all terms described in Program.
6.4. Persons selling or exchanging Awards are liable for damages and costs incurred by ALROSA Airlines JSC and are obliged to reimburse these costs, expenses, losses.
6.5. The Organizer reserves the right to verify Accounts companies participating in the Program, including temporary suspension of Accounts companies participating in the Program, as well as partial or complete restrictions various Transactions.
6.6. 7.1. All relationships between JSC ALROSA Airlines and company participating in the Program are governed by these Rules.
7.2. To the extent not regulated by the Rules of this Program, as well as other Rules listed above in the text, the relationship between JSC ALROSA Airlines, the participating company and the passenger are regulated in in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.3. If the provisions of the Rules and regulations of the JSC ALROSA Airlines contradict current legislation, The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies.
7.4. The relationship between JSC ALROSA Airlines and passengers whose tickets were issued under the Program, in the part that does not contradict the Rules of this Program, are governed by the Rules of carriage and the rules for the provision of Additional Services of JSC ALROSA Airlines, published on the official website of JSC ALROSA Airlines.
7.5. The place for consideration of possible disputes arising within the framework of the implementation of the Program is the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in accordance with the procedural law of the Russian Federation.
7.6. Unless otherwise provided by these Rules, disputes related to participation in the Program are resolved through the claims procedure.
7.7. The participating company guarantees the consent of employees and other individuals participating in the Program to the processing of their personal data and instructs the Organizer to process this data to the extent necessary for the purposes of implementing the Program. In particular, the participating company guarantees the consent of employees and other individuals to the transfer of personal data on the existence of labor (civil) relationships to the Organizer. IF YOU DO NOT USE ONE OF THE ROUTE SEGMENTS WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE CARRIER, ALL SUBSEQUENT FLIGHT SEGMENTS WILL BE CANCELED.
To become a Participant of the ALROSA BENEFIT Program, a company (individual entrepreneur) sends a scanned copy of the application signed by the director (or other authorized person) with a seal to the email address bilet@aero.alrosa.ru along with scanned copies of the following documents:
Certificate of registration of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur with the tax authority, indicating the OKVED code and legal address;
A valid power of attorney for the person who signed the application (if the application is not signed by the head of the organization or the individual entrepreneur himself or by a person who has the right to act on behalf of the organization without a power of attorney).
